I'm still waiting for a refund on a leotard that never showed up, plus two others I returned (my bad). I've shot off 5 emails and tried their website chat a bunch of times, but no one’s gotten back to me!!! The leotards are gorgeous and well-made, but sadly, the customer service is lacking! I'm really frustrated with how things are going.

I placed an order for a leotard on the site. The fit is just right, but I wish the fabric was a bit thicker for better support up top, as the material feels pretty thin.

Three months back, I placed an order for two items, but only one showed up, which I sent back. It took a whole month for customer service to reach out, asking what I wanted to do, and I asked for a refund. Since then, I haven't heard a peep from them, and it's been three months! I've sent several emails and even tried reaching out on Facebook and Instagram. Honestly, I'm really frustrated and not happy with how their customer service has handled this.

The shipping was quick, and the item is beautiful and cozy. I'm constantly searching for stylish yet modest leotards, and this one fits the bill perfectly!

We still haven't gotten our item! It's been three weeks now.

I placed my order on November 26 and paid for a 48-hour delivery. By December 10, I still hadn’t gotten my order or heard back from them despite sending several emails. It wasn’t until I threatened to take legal action that I finally got a package, but it only had four out of the twelve leotards I ordered. No explanation or any kind of communication from them. After trying to reach out again multiple times, I got an email saying the items were out of stock and that I’d only get a refund for those. No apology or any kind of compensation offered. The customer service here is just awful. I really recommend steering clear of this company.
